In order to rent our facility, you will need the following:
- A valid Food Manager's Certificate issued by the City of Austin
- General Liability insurance of at least $1m
- Signed release of liability
- Signed agreement for kitchen rental & monthly payment plan
- Payment of the NON REFUNDABLE deposit
There are Four common options for commissary kitchen rental, however rates can be negotiated based on time of day and use of facility.
Commissary only, $75.00 per month
Includes listing as commissary kitchen,access to empty and refill water tanks, one dry storage shelf.
Tier I, $20.00 per hour during peak hours ($15 non-peak), plus $200 one-time,non-refundable deposit
Rental of kitchen space, including appliances, sink & dish washing soap, mop sink, hand washing sink, one small shelf in walk-in refrigerator. Must clean kitchen space used, appliances used, and mop floors before leaving. DBD has preference on calendar days (days needed must be submitted for approval at least 48 hours prior to event).
Tier 2, $200 per week plus $200 one-time,non-refundable deposit
All of items in Tier 1, plus use of freezer space (two shelves), use of pots & pan, cooking/serving utensils, one large shelf in walk-in refrigerator. A locked cabinet will be provided for dry storage. Peak hours are subject to availability.
Tier 3, $450 per week plus $300 one-time, non-refundable deposit
All of Tier 1 and Tier 2 included. Includes use of all rentals such as hot boxes, carts, silverware (200 place settings), table linens, display items, preference on days of use (preference of peak hours). Use of washer & dryer.
All payments are due by the 5th of the month. Returned checks are charged an additional $30.00 NSF fee.
